OVERVIEW Welcome to Rabiun. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Rabiun. Rabiun operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Rabiun is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. These terms and conditions, together with any policies referred to in them (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree to them, please don't use the Services. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

To use the Services, including browsing our store or buying any of our products, you may be asked for information such as your email address and your billing, payment and delivery details. SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS We have made every effort to show our products accurately. However, colours and product appearance may differ slightly depending on your screen settings. All product descriptions may change at any time without notice. We may discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products we offer to any person, region or jurisdiction, case by case.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Rabiun may accept or decline your order at its discretion. We must receive your payment before your order is accepted. Please check your order carefully before submitting it. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, as set out in our Refund Policy, and returns follow that policy. You confirm that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice, but you'll always pay the price shown when you placed your order. Prices shown include any applicable UK taxes. UK delivery is free; international delivery charges are shown at checkout, and international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on arrival, which are the buyer's responsibility. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and account information for all purchases, and you confirm that you are authorised to use your chosen payment method.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing or events outside our control. Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you; if it is lost or damaged in the post, we'll replace it or refund you in full. Products become yours once they are delivered and paid for.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Our Services, including all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, video and audio, and their design, are owned by Rabiun and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.

SECTION 7 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Rabiun is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Rabiun. By using the Services, you agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and Rabiun.

SECTION 8 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS Occasionally the Services may contain typing errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, delivery charges and availability. We may correct any errors and change or update information, or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time without prior notice. If we cancel your order, we'll refund you in full.

SECTION 9 - PROHIBITED USES You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to: (a) upload viruses or malicious code; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy or sell any part of the Services; (c) collect or track the personal information of others; or (d) interfere with the security features of the Services. We may close your account if you break any part of these Terms.

SECTION 10 - YOUR RIGHTS AND OUR LIABILITY Our products come with your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including that they are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses.

SECTION 11 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
