Refund policy

This policy complies with UK and European Economic Area consumer protection laws. If you are located in the EEA, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.
RETURNS You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by the carrier) to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and with no signs of alterations. We reserve the right to reject returns that show any signs of wear, damage, or missing components.
DELIVERY DISPUTES & ADDRESS CHANGES

Address Policy: Due to the speed of our drop fulfillment, we do not allow address changes once an order has been placed. If you have entered an incorrect address, you must contact us at rabiun.ldn@gmail.com within 24 hours to request an order cancellation. You may then place a new order with the correct details, subject to stock availability.

Carrier Data: Rabiun is not responsible for items once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If a package is confirmed as delivered but you have not received it, you must take up the dispute directly with Royal Mail; we side with the carrier’s tracking data as definitive proof of delivery.
DETACHABLE COMPONENTS & ATTACHMENTS Many Rabiun pieces feature signature detachable components (e.g., fur attachments, hardware, straps, or modular panels). For a return to be accepted for a full refund, all original components must be included, undamaged, and in their original condition. Items returned with missing or damaged components will be subject to a deduction from your refund (minimum £30) to reflect the diminished value of the product.
RETURN SHIPPING & COSTS Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We require all returns to be sent via a Tracked and Signed-for service (e.g., Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature). The customer is responsible for providing proof that the item has been successfully returned. We are not responsible for return items that are lost or damaged in transit.
EXCHANGES We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. Due to our drop model, we cannot guarantee that items will still be in stock.
HOW TO START A RETURN To start a return, contact us at rabiun.ldn@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
