Do I have to pay customs fees for international orders?
Yes, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery. Rabiun is not responsible for these charges.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by using the contact form below with your order number.
Changing Delivery Address: We cannot change delivery addresses after 24 hours. You must cancel your order and place a new order with the correct address, subject to stock availability.
Cancellations After 24 Hours: Orders cancelled after 24 hours must be returned via our standard returns process. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery times vary by location:
International Shipping: 5-14 business days depending on destination
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on location and weight
Customs & Duties: Customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country
Return Policy: International returns follow the same policy as UK returns. Customer pays all return shipping costs.
What if my item doesn't fit?
Refer to the detailed size chart available on each product page. Our heavyweight denim is designed with a classic fit. Care instructions are also provided on each product page and on the garment label.
How do I track my order?
You will receive tracking information via email after your order is dispatched. Use the provided tracking details to monitor your delivery status.
How long does shipping take?
UK Shipping: Orders ship via Royal Mail Tracked service with 1-2 business days delivery after dispatch
International Shipping: Available to select destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Processing: Orders processed within 3 business days of drop closing before dispatch
How do I return an item?
Return Window: 14 days from delivery date
Condition Requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags and detachable components included. A £30 deduction applies if components are missing.
Return Shipping: Customer pays all return shipping costs. Must use tracked and signed-for service (Royal Mail Special Delivery recommended).
Authorization Required: Use the contact form below to request authorization before shipping. Include your order number in the message field. We will provide your return address and authorization number.
No Exchanges: Returns are final sale. No exchanges available. Must return for refund and place a new order if different size/style required. Stock is not guaranteed.
Refund Processing: Refunds processed 5-7 business days after item is received and inspected. Issued to original payment method.
